| Default the ability to chat in Gang Mail to yes when a player first enters the gang. 9 out of 10 times, they are going to get it anyhow. Gang leaders can forget to change it when bunnies return and such. |

 i fully agree  Should be default. - and then the leaders can remove it if they wish so. |
