| how would it be kept away from regular mobsters what if the bunny changes into a regular mobster what's stopping bunnies from NEVER unequipping it and just killing non-stop til #1 in kills or just killing for "shits n giggles" with no one able to stop them |

| It is a good idea, but it should be similar in principal to the weapons that are out there only opposite. So you could have Flesh Wound (-20%DEF) or, handcuffed (-20% STR) Something like that would work. |
