	If you start a war with a gang, then surrender after 3 months, you owe that gang. What was done about Germany after WW1? They where charged for started a huge war. Well, TCF started a huge war, right?

	let's get things straight... tcf didn't start the war, we stepped into the war (that was already started) to help an allied gang. there was no mention of a fee to any tcf leaders until flirt made the thread surrendering. then the fee came up, and he refused to pay it. the war IS still on

There has never been a mention of any surrender fee, i was never informed by any other gang that surrendered that they had paid a fee, i have never seen any thread in forum anywhere about a surrendered fee until after i posted the surrender here. it has all arisen after i surrendered, like i said yesterday, this was all new to TCF. So on that note the surrender has been withdrawn, and the war continues... we will not pay a surrender fee, whether it is 1 point or a million, it is totally the principle of it all, if i had of known of a surrender fee in the first place it would have been paid when i surrendered. but as its totally a new thing to me and seems that this has been decided after i surrendered its not gonna happen. WAR CONTINUES

	giggedy but FO, TSS and 253 both paid a fee as was said in their surrender threads aswell, it wasn't made up on the spur of the moment
